Sports Insurance

Dear SAS Members,

We are exploring the option of group sports insurance coverage for our members for the period April 1st 2026 to March 31st 2027.

This insurance will cover you during SAS sports activities such as Futsal, Volleyball, Badminton, Tennis, and Cricket, as well as travel to and from these activities.
High-risk sports (e.g., skydiving, motorsports, skiing) are not included in this insurance.

📌 Annual Premium: ¥2000 (applies even if you withdraw midway)
📌 Scope: During sports or while commuting to/from activities
📌 Coverage:

• Accidental Death: ¥20 million

• Permanent Disability: ¥30 million

• Hospitalization (within 180 days): ¥4000/day (up to 180 days)

• Outpatient Treatment (within 180 days): ¥1500/day (up to 30 days)

• Sudden Death Funeral Expense Limit: ¥1.8 million

• Liability Insurance Limit (No deductible):  

-> Total per accident (bodily injury + property damage): ¥500 million
-> Bodily injury per person: ¥100 million

※We will try to provide a subsidy for full SAS members depending on the total number of interested participants.
